We ordered a total of six doors and windows.
They were packaged very well but despite this we had one broken pane. IWD was quick to resolve and sent us a new pane. It was quite large and triple paned smart glass. We were asked to pay 1/2 shipping but that was all. We also had a couple jammed flush bolts which they also replaced. The quality of the doors and windows is fantastic. Overall the issues we had were more than made up by the great price we received.

We purchased this wine door several months ago and just had it installed, and it was absolutely worth the wait.The craftsmanship is excellent, and it looks even better in person than in the photos provided.
There was a small scratch on the bottom of the door when it arrived, but that has since been resolved. Overall, we're extremely happy with our door. Thank you, IWD!

Perfect Fit for My New Home

We're really happy with the thermal break door we ordered! It's a bit heavy, so unloading was a bit tricky, but the craftsmanship is top-notch. The only downside is that it arrived with a few scratches, but luckily, we were able to touch them up with the paint provided. Other than that, everything is perfect! We're planning to decorate it for Christmas, and I think it’s going to look amazing. Thank you for such great service!
