Return & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Because IWD iron doors are custom-built and made to order, cancellation policies depend on the production stage:
- Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- If a cancellation request is submitted after 48 hours but before production begins, a 5% administrative fee may apply to cover processing and material allocation costs.
- If production has already started and you request cancellation prior to shipment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply due to custom fabrication and incurred production expenses.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All of IWD iron doors are built to customer-selected specifications, including size, finish, and glass options.
For this reason:
- Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- l We strongly recommend reviewing all drawings, dimensions, and specifications carefully before approving production.
Once the final drawings are approved, production will commence. Any changes requested thereafter may not be accommodated and, if accepted, will be subject to additional charges resulting from material, labor, or production adjustments.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please inspect the product upon delivery.
- Report any visible damage to the carrier immediately and note it on the delivery receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Photos of the damage
• Photos of packaging
• Order number
After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement parts
- Repair instructions
- Partial refund
- Full replacement (if applicable)
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect eligibility for claims.
4. Returns for Non-Custom (Standard Size) Items
If we offer in-stock standard-size products:
- Return requests must be made within 3-5 business days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
