2️⃣ Material Preparation: We source high-grade 12-gauge solid iron bars and begin material prep only after drawing approval. This step involves cutting, profiling, and organizing all components to match your design layout.
3️⃣ Precision Assembly: Our artisans carefully weld and assemble the frame, panels, and details by hand. This stage sets the foundation for structural durability and alignment, including testing of hinges and swing accuracy.
II. Finishing & Detailing
4️⃣ Initial Grinding & Surface Preparation: The entire door is rough-polished to remove weld marks and imperfections. Our team pays special attention to corner transitions, ensuring a seamless, refined surface.
5️⃣ Sandblasting & Zinc Coating: To increase corrosion resistance, each unit is thoroughly sandblasted and then zinc-primed. This step enhances paint adhesion and protects against rust — especially important for humid or coastal environments.

III. Inspection & Delivery
🔟 Final Quality Inspection:
Before packaging, our QC team runs a full inspection — checking swing function, paint quality, weld integrity, hardware alignment, and overall appearance. Only doors that pass our checklist move forward.
Prior to this step, we will share finished product photos with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. We will only proceed with the final inspection once we receive your confirmation.
