Communication before shipping was great and I Had very high hopes but received my door with scratches and discoloration on the color and was disappointed with the condition received. I reached out to manufacturer and was told to do sanding and paint kit. I didn’t expected to be doing that after spending almost $9k for a front door. Highest I have ever paid but with more disappointment I have ever had from any door purchase ! For the cost, I expected more than I received.

Thank you IWD! The door arrived in great shape. Very well packed and so far as we ahave seen no damage. I had a great team here at the house to help move it into place and partially unpack it. My contractor will be able to install it next week. At that time I'll take pictures and send them to you. Everyone I show the picture from the factory to is absolutely in love with it. Very anxious to get it installed. When I saw this door online, I knew I had to have it. It was a splurge but we're glad we did.

Very easy to install. Heavy duty and high quality door.

My contractor is very experienced, so the unloading and installation went smoothly. Even though there's still more work to be done, it already looks beautiful. Many thanks, Stella, this is exactly the French door I was looking for.
