DISCLAIMER:

During the installation process, it is crucial to advise your professional installer or builder to make slight adjustments to the door frame to accommodate any potential gaps. When securing the frame to the wall, avoid tightening the screws excessively at first; this will allow for necessary adjustments. Once you confirm that the frame is perfectly straight and level, then proceed to tighten the screws fully. Proper installation of the door frame is essential for ensuring a perfect fit of the door slabs. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues resulting from improper installation.

Upon receipt of your iron doors, it is imperative to immediately open the wooden crate and ensure that the packaging inside remains dry. Avoid placing the crate in an uncovered outdoor area or exposing it to rain or direct sunlight. Our doors are meticulously coated with seven layers of paint over zinc-galvanized steel to inhibit rust. However, due to the inherent properties of metal, rusting or bubbling may still occur if the doors are stored in a damp and enclosed environment for an extended period. Therefore, timely unpacking and proper ventilation of the crate are crucial. Please note that any rusting or bubbling resulting from inappropriate storage conditions will not be deemed a product quality issue.
