Terms: In this Limited Warranty, the terms "we," "us," and "our" mean IWD Iron Wrought Doors Company. The terms "you" and "your" mean the consumer. The term "product" means the product the consumer purchased.
We keep customer satisfaction the number one priority. That means we aim at providing the highest quality product with top-notch craftsmanship. We warrant its product to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship from the date of purchase.

- 5-year warranty on the frame, hinges, and other hardware.
- 3-year warranty on the finish. Finish flaking and peeling from the metal only.
- Note: Since our products are handcrafted, small differences in the design and finish can occur. We do not consider product variances as defects.
- Products found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.
- Products subjected to misuse and abuse whether by accident or other causes.
- Any condition or problem caused by improper installation.
- Finish damage caused by inappropriate cleaning and maintenance.
- Normal discoloration or fading of finishes due to exposure to sunlight and other natural elements.
- Scratches, breakage, or other damage to glass, whether accidental or deliberate.
- Products installed in corrosive environments, considered as any area within five (5) miles of any coastline.
- Products damaged due to a natural disaster, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, or fire.
