IWD Iron Door Glass Replacement

🛠️ Step 1 – Remove the Existing Glass

  • Remove the sash and place it on a flat surface
  • Cut through the silicone seal from the front side
  • Remove the screws securing the frame
  • Carefully pry off the glass frame
  • Push out the glass panel

✨ Step 2 – Install the New Glass

  • Clean the frame thoroughly
  • Position the new glass panel
  • Install the rubber strips and apply silicone
  • Reattach and secure the glass frame with screws
  • Allow the silicone to cure for approximately 1 hour
  • Reinstall the sash
